Fatblogging...

I just started into my second week of treadmill running. I'm trying to keep my runs at a speed of 4.5mph for 60min and maintain a heart rate of 150bpm From what I have read this should be a good zone for me. My starting weight is 175. I'm going to try and log each time I run and my weight. So here is my first entry.

Today I ran about 4.2miles in 60min (see photo). I had to slow down a for about 5min to keep my heart rate down. I think I was struggling because I hadn't eatten all day and went into the run felling low on energy. I'm going to try and make sure I have a little something to eat, like a bannana the next time I feel like that.
