I took the kids to the golf course the other day and we had a great
time. As always Nathan is a natural and was hitting the ball really

spiders" in our home every spring. They are just about the ugliest of
all creepy crawlers out there. They make me scream like a girl when I

Megan was bouncing a vollyball in the house and hit a light fixture.
The fixture broke and the glass that fell cut her right between here
eyes about a 1/4" in depth. We had to go to a plastic surgeon to have
the cut properly closed.

Aunti Colleen got us killer tickets to go see some of the X-Games events at the LA Staples center. I recently sold one of my project cars and purchased this Volvo V70 T5 wagon in its place. It has a high pressure turbo system that produces 236hp in its stock form. After a few mods (ECU & exhaust) it should be able to get up to 300hp. The need for speed continues...

I just started into my second week of treadmill running. I'm trying to keep my runs at a speed of 4.5mph for 60min and maintain a heart rate of 150bpm From what I have read this should be a good zone for me. My starting weight is 175. I'm going to try and log each time I run and my weight. So here is my first entry.

Today I ran about 4.2miles in 60min (see photo). I had to slow down a for about 5min to keep my heart rate down. I think I was struggling because I hadn't eatten all day and went into the run felling low on energy. I'm going to try and make sure I have a little something to eat, like a bannana the next time I feel like that.
